I’m Dr Cathy Tingle, and I’m a bit of a hybrid. I've spent time in academia and I've also worked in communications. I am an Advanced Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and I also hold postgraduate diplomas in marketing. I’ve copyedited or proofread more than 100 non-fiction books and I also train others in copyediting and communications.
